Having managed our orthodontics practice and maxillofacial clinic since 2012, Katie has played a significant part in our growth. By always putting patients first and ensuring those treating them have all they need.
Our medical and orthodontic team can focus on bringing their skills to patients, knowing practical requirements are met. Patients welcome an environment which is both efficient and friendly.
Katie began management life in specialist NHS units, went on to take a Diploma in Business Administration and gain experience in the private sector.
Good customer service is at the heart of all her activity. Ensuring staff at each level appreciate the importance of this, whilst seeing that appointment systems remain flexible and efficient.
Managing IT systems well helps, including our dedicated orthodontic software. Accurate record keeping and swift access to up to date notes is part of good treatment, alongside removing room for error.
Controlling payroll, finances and ordering are equally valuable background necessities. Not least making sure everything a clinician, or their patients require is available and of high quality.
The objective of Harley Street Orthodontics is to offer the best possible care, from leading practitioners. Katie pulls every element together to make this reality and by doing so, contributes to successful treatment.
As a regular point of contact for patients, her knowledge of our work and communication skills are as important. Setting an ethos where all believe in sharing information, in an open, proactive way.
